Cancel Hong Kong Quxin Technology Subscription!
About one month ago, I started using an IQ test service provided by Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited. The service turned into a subscription and I have been charged RM18, even though I did not clearly understand or agree to such a paid, recurring subscription. The information shown before starting the test was misleading, and I was not properly informed that a subscription fee would be taken. After noticing the unexpected charge, I tried to cancel the subscription, but I could not find a clear way to do so and I still do not know how to properly cancel it. This situation has caused me concern, as I do not want any further payments to be taken without my clear consent. I request that my subscription to this IQ test service be cancelled immediately and no further charges be made in the future. I also kindly request a refund of the RM18 that has already been charged due to the misleading and unclear subscription process.
