OmeTV Account Suddenly Banned on iPhone Without Breaking Any Rules

I am an OmeTV user from Albania and I use the app on my iPhone. Today, 3 May, about one hour ago, my account linked to the email address “kevig***@icloud.com” was suddenly banned while I was using the application. I was simply talking with other users when the screen suddenly showed the message “you are banned”. I did not violate any rules: there was no nudity, no offensive behavior, no insults, no smoking, no inappropriate gestures or similar actions. This is my first ever problem or ban on OmeTV, and I believe this sanction is completely unfair and a mistake. I request that my account be checked in detail and that this unjust ban be removed as soon as possible so that I can continue using the app. I only want my account to be reopened; I am ready to comply with all OmeTV community rules and policies.
