I am writing regarding an unfair ban that I received today on Umingle.com during a video call with a random user at around 8:45 PM in the Philippines. While on video chat, I was rage baited and called offensive names by the other user. Because of this provocation, I was tricked into putting up my middle finger on camera. I understand that this gesture is against the rules, but I did not mean it in a malicious way and only reacted in the heat of the moment after being insulted and harassed. Shortly afterward, my account was banned. I do not remember seeing the exact ban message or reason given on the screen. My Umingle account is registered under the username/email “sinistermagnus”. I kindly request that you review the video and chat logs from this call, take into account that I was provoked and manipulated into this behavior, and lift the ban on my account. I am willing to follow the community guidelines carefully in the future and avoid such reactions if you allow me to continue using the platform. I ask that my account be reinstated, as I was tricked into this situation and did not intend to violate the rules.
