From the day I bought it, Roborock H7 cordless vacuum has brought nothing but frustration. I chose this model two years ago because I trusted the Roborock brand and believed in its supposed quality. Unfortunately, the product has completely failed to live up to expectations.
The vacuum has been sent to repair three times already, and now the main brush head has stopped rotating again. This time, instead of taking responsibility, the service center blamed me for user error and said I need to pay ₺5000 for the repair. That's absurd. Especially considering the fact that the product is no longer even widely available, and replacement parts are impossible to find.
With the warranty expiring this January, it feels like Roborock is trying to push me into replacing the vacuum entirely. Is this what customers should expect—a new vacuum every two years?
I’m extremely disappointed. If there’s anyone at Roborock who stands behind their products, I’d appreciate a real solution—not a blame game or outrageous fees. I expected durability, not repeated breakdowns and finger-pointing. Roborock, stand behind your product and fix this issue properly.
