I purchased a Roborock S7 Sonic Mopping Smart Robot Vacuum from hepsiburada.com (seller: Hepsiburada) on November 14, 2022. It broke down just 9 months later, much to my dismay. The silicone part of the main brush cover had come off, causing the main brush to be damaged. The vacuum failed to send any signals to the app during this deformation. Because the product had a 24-month warranty, I requested a repair through hepsiburada.com right away. However, after the repair was completed, I received an email stating incorrectly that "hepsiburada.com refused the fee determined by the authorized service for product repair." They returned the product to me with no information about the repair process or costs. When the product was returned to me by Himi Technology Service, I discovered a paper inside the box indicating a repair fee, claiming that my product was "out of warranty" and blaming "user-caused wear and tear" for the issues. They demanded a colossal repair fee of 4790 TL and advised me to contact the service if I wanted to proceed. The autonomous operation of a robot vacuum is the logic behind it. Nobody anticipates problems while it is in operation. I never forced the silicone off the main brush cover, and I refuse to accept responsibility for its removal. During my second attempt at repair, I asked Himi Technology Service, the authorized service, to replace the faulty parts, particularly the main brush cover, under warranty.
