I Want My Money From MeetMe Back

I have been using the MeetMe app and since April 12, 2024 I have spent more than 1,000 USD on credits and VIP through both PayPal and Apple Pay. Despite these high payments, my accounts have been banned multiple times, including a main ban on March 3, 2024, without any clear explanation or valid reason. I have been a VIP twice and still had my accounts removed, and I find this treatment unfair and unacceptable. I contacted MeetMe support several times from my Yahoo and iCloud email addresses, sending them screenshots and screen recordings that clearly show all the payments and the total amount they owe me. However, they have completely ignored my emails and I have not received any response, refund, or explanation. Because of the repeated charges and the lack of support, I even had to request a new bank card for my own security. I am requesting and demanding a full refund of every single payment I have made on MeetMe via PayPal and Apple Pay, including all credits and VIP purchases, as none of these services were properly provided and my accounts were banned without justification. I expect MeetMe to review my payment history, take my evidence into account, and return the entire amount that is owed to me as soon as possible.
