Unfortunately, the jacket I ordered from Pull & Bear was flawed and I had to send it back. There was no way to wear that jacket because it was so badly torn. To be honest, I was hoping for stricter quality assurance measures given the renown of the company. Your decision to ship a damaged product and put your customers in an awkward position is unacceptable. Your shipping policies also appear to be a problem for customers who do not live nearby the delivery address. I'm hoping that you'll listen to the feedback of your customers and make the necessary adjustments to the store so that future customers have a better experience.
