I was thrilled when I found the perfect raincoat at Pull and Bear IstMarina store. However, the store didn't have it in stock, so they offered to send it home for me. When the product finally arrived, it was a total disappointment. The raincoat had stains all over it and was clearly defective. I was so upset and felt completely victimized by this experience. Not only did I waste my money on a defective product, but now I have to go back to the store to return it. This means more time wasted and frustration. Pull and Bear IstMarina should have checked the quality of the product before sending it out and they should have been more honest with me about its condition.
