I bought a jacket from Pull&Bear that looked a different color online than in person. How can I easily exchange it?

There are two main ways to exchange a Pull&Bear jacket that doesn't look like the picture online:
You can return the jacket to any Pull&Bear store in the same country where you bought it, as long as it is still in its original state and you have the receipt, which can be printed or digital.
Sign in to your Pull&Bear account, click on "Orders," and then choose the jacket you want to return or exchange. You'll get a return sticker that you need to print, put on your package, and then bring it back to a certain place. You can choose to have Pull&Bear pick up your items at home in some places when you exchange them.
