Pull & Bear Coat Pilling and Falling Apart, Request Refund or Replacement

The gray coat I purchased from Pull & Bear last year has developed severe pilling and looks as if it’s falling apart. Despite never being washed, the coat’s fabric is worn out, and the lining has completely torn, making it unusable. It feels like the coat is disintegrating after only a short time of use.

This level of quality is unacceptable, especially from a brand I trusted. I am demanding either a full refund or a replacement for this defective product. Pull & Bear, your customers deserve better than this. Please address this issue promptly, as this coat is far below acceptable quality standards and should not have deteriorated this quickly.
