It's been almost a year since I purchased my Oppo A74 phone. However, after the latest updates, I can't use my camera to take photos or videos. When I press to take a photo, the screen goes black and the app crashes. The camera freezes for ten seconds, the screen won't turn on, and the taken photos don't show up in the gallery. When I need to take photos urgently, I have to take them through Instagram and share them from there. Furthermore, the camera freezes frequently, and files take ages to load. I won't even mention gaming issues. I urgently demand that the company resolves this problem.
