I Face Audio and Playback Problems on My Oppo A72 While Watching Videos or Listening to Music

I’ve been experiencing serious functionality issues with my Oppo A72 for the past few days. Whether I’m listening to music or watching videos on Instagram, the sound frequently cuts off on its own, and songs stop playing mid-track. At first, I assumed the issue might be related to my headphones, but even after removing them, the same problem persists.
More recently, none of the videos stored on my device play properly—they appear to be loading indefinitely without progressing or making any sound. The audio doesn’t work, and the visuals are frozen. This isn't limited to media players either; even apps like Instagram and YouTube freeze or glitch, and playback becomes impossible. These problems have made it nearly impossible to enjoy any form of media on my phone.
I bought this phone expecting stable performance, not for it to fail on such basic tasks like audio playback and video streaming. I urge Oppo to investigate and fix this issue immediately. If no solution is provided soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer protection channels. Please stand behind your product and deliver a proper update or fix.
