I Face Ghost Screen, Camera Malfunction, and Performance Issues on Oppo A74 128GB
I have been using my Oppo A74 128GB smartphone for about 2–3 years, but over the past eight months, the device has developed multiple serious problems. First, a ghost screen effect appeared on its own, making the display difficult to use. At the same time, the phone became extremely slow and its gaming performance dropped significantly.
Another major issue occurred after one of the software updates: the front camera stopped working entirely. On rare occasions when it does open, it incorrectly shows an inverted feed of the rear camera, making it completely unusable. These failures have become constant and prevent me from using the phone for both daily tasks and personal needs.
I reached out to a service center during this period but received no response or assistance. Since the warranty has already expired and I originally purchased the phone from a Türk Telekom store, I feel stuck with a defective device that no longer functions as promised.
I expect Oppo to take responsibility by fixing these issues through a proper software update or by offering product replacement options. Customers should not be left without support when their devices fail due to ongoing software and hardware malfunctions.
