I Face Black Screen Photo Issue on Oppo A74 After Update and SOS Glitch

I own an Oppo A74, and after installing the latest software update, all of my 12,000+ photos and videos in the gallery have suddenly turned into black screens. I can no longer view any of them, and none of these files were backed up. This is a complete nightmare. These were extremely valuable personal memories, and now they’re totally inaccessible. I can’t describe how devastated I feel.

On top of that, my phone keeps entering the emergency SOS mode by itself, even when I’m not touching it. This issue began right after the update, and it has made my phone unreliable and frustrating to use.

I need urgent help from Oppo. This update has not only caused critical data loss but also triggered system malfunctions. At the very least, I want a fix that restores my gallery and prevents the phone from launching SOS mode on its own. If Oppo values its customers, they should roll back this faulty update or release an immediate patch to correct it. Please treat this as a priority issue—I can’t lose those photos permanently.
