Parimatch Balance Not Updated After Successful PhonePe Deposit

I am writing to report an issue with a deposit to my Parimatch account that has not been credited. On January 17, I made a deposit of 2,999 INR via PhonePe to my Parimatch balance, but the amount has still not been added to my account.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this missing deposit. However, despite informing them about the issue, it has not been resolved, and the amount remains uncredited in my balance.
I request that my 2,999 INR deposit made via PhonePe on January 17 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my balance to reflect the correct amount.
