If you want to cancel your Open English account and they don't reply, send a clear written notice through their support email, the website's contact form, and, if possible, your account settings.
Always make sure you have proof, like screenshots or confirmation emails, of the date you asked to stop.
If you still don't hear back, call your bank or card issuer and tell them that the company ignored your cancellation. They may argue or stop any further charges.
