Open English Misled Us About Installments And Forced Full Payment

In August 2025, I purchased an online course from Open English for both myself and my spouse. We were told that the course fee could be split into two installments, and since it would be classified as an educational expense, our bank would automatically divide it into three installments each, resulting in a total of six installments.

However, Open English failed to process the payment as an educational expense, meaning the bank did not provide installment options. As a result, we were forced to pay the entire course fee upfront. When we contacted company representatives, even though they were at fault, they refused to take responsibility, make adjustments, or cancel the course.

We even have voice recordings proving what was promised to us, yet we were deliberately misled and left financially burdened. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unfair.

I request that Open English either honor the installment agreement as promised or allow us to cancel the course with a full refund.
