I Face Denied Refund and Poor Service Experience With Open English

In September 2024, I enrolled in Open English and paid approximately ₺30,000. Unfortunately, the platform’s content and service quality were far below my expectations. At the time of enrollment, I was explicitly told that if I canceled within the first month, I would receive a full refund. However, when I requested cancellation and a refund in the second week, my request was denied.

Additionally, during a one-on-one online class, I was unfairly humiliated and falsely accused by an instructor of taking their photo—an accusation that was completely untrue. I reported this incident and my frustration to Open English via WhatsApp, but no action was taken, no resolution was offered, and the wasted class was not compensated with a replacement session.

I also requested to have my membership frozen, but this request was rejected as well. As a result, my substantial payment has gone to waste, and I have been unable to benefit from the service at all. Despite contacting customer service multiple times through WhatsApp, I received no meaningful assistance.

Given the broken promises, lack of professionalism, and denial of the refund policy, I demand a full refund of ₺30,000 and a formal resolution of this issue.
