Open English Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
Regarding the Open English General English service, a total of ₺6046.23 was unjustly charged to my credit card, amounting to ₺2015.41 per month for three months on July 1st, August 1st, and September 1st. I was not informed of these transactions. I contacted customer service upon discovering the situation. They stated that they could not process a refund, as they understood the company had not been established in Türkiye. I requested the cancellation of my membership and the replacement of the 3-month unjustly charged amount, but no solution was offered. I also learned that there was another individual who was similarly affected. The payments were made with my credit card, and I closed my card after realizing the situation. I request that the unjustly charged amounts be refunded to me and that the necessary steps be taken regarding this matter.
