Open English Charged My Credit Card Without Consent After Membership Ended

I want to file a complaint regarding a payment issue with my Open English membership. Although my subscription had already ended and was fully paid for, on September 11, 2025, an amount of ₺2,077 was withdrawn from my QNB credit card without my authorization. I only noticed this unauthorized charge when checking my mobile banking account details, and I did not receive any invoice or billing statement for it.
I tried to contact Open English customer service, but I was unable to reach them despite multiple attempts. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that the wrongly charged amount be immediately refunded to my account and that such unauthorized charges not be repeated in the future.
I expect Open English to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
