₹1700 Parimatch Deposit Not Reflected Despite Successful UPI Payment

I am writing about a problem I experienced with the Parimatch deposit section. On 07/12/2025, I deposited ₹1700 via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never added to my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the money did not reflect in my account, I contacted the Parimatch support team. They asked me to create a ticket for this issue, which I did, and the ticket was marked as completed successfully. However, despite the ticket being shown as completed, the ₹1700 has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I kindly request that this failed deposit be resolved by issuing a refund of ₹1700 back to my bank account as soon as possible.
