2022 Suzuki Hayabusa Gen 3 Chronic Cold-Start Issue for 2 Years

I own a 2022 model Suzuki Hayabusa Gen 3, and I live in Istanbul, Turkey. For the last two years, I have been experiencing a constant and serious cold-start problem with this motorcycle. The issue occurs every day and has been ongoing continuously for about two years, making it very difficult to use the motorcycle under normal daily conditions.

During this period, I have taken the motorcycle to many authorized Suzuki service centers. Each time, I was told that they had never encountered such a problem before and that there was no known issue. However, I know that this cold-start problem is experienced by many Hayabusa Gen 3 owners in different countries, and this is not an isolated case.

Because of this problem, many parts that should not have needed replacement were changed on my motorcycle, including spark plugs and software-related interventions. In total, I have spent approximately $1,500 on these unnecessary repairs and attempts, yet the cold-start issue still continues without any improvement.

I request that this chronic cold-start problem with my 2022 Suzuki Hayabusa Gen 3 be resolved urgently and definitively. If a permanent solution cannot be provided, I demand that my motorcycle be replaced with a fault-free model and that my financial losses due to this issue be taken into consideration.
