I purchased a brand-new 2023 Maserati Levante, and at just 1,500 km, I am already experiencing issues with the vehicle. Despite reaching out to multiple service centers over the last 10 days, I have received no assistance from Maserati.
I have contacted every possible support channel, including Maserati representatives in my country and even Maserati Italy, yet I have not been able to find a single person or service center willing to take responsibility for the issue. This level of customer neglect is unacceptable for a luxury vehicle brand.
If Maserati does not resolve this issue immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Maserati, stand behind your vehicles and provide proper customer support!
