Unban My FF Account Please

I am writing regarding the permanent ban of my Free Fire account. My account with UID 2226958530 was banned in 2022 due to the use of hacks. I understand that this violates the game rules and I sincerely apologize for this behavior. I fully accept that what I did was wrong and against your policies. I would like to state clearly that I have learned from this mistake and I promise that I will never use any hacks, cheats, or third-party tools again. I want to continue playing Free Fire fairly and in accordance with the rules. I previously tried to contact your support team about this issue, but I did not receive any response. I kindly request that you review my account once more and, if possible, lift the ban on my account. I am ready to follow all rules strictly from now on and I would be very grateful for one more chance. Thank you for taking the time to review my request.
