PNB Bank Transfer Successful but BDG Game Account Not Updated
I made a transfer of 10,000 from my PNB Bank card to my BDG Game account on March 14, 2026, but the funds have not been credited to my game account. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, yet it is still not visible or usable within the game.
The transaction was made using UTR number 398915494888 via my UPI ID shanthipriyam***@dlb, and the game order number is RC2026031417243932866058a. I request that this transaction be reviewed urgently and that the 10,000 be credited to my BDG Game account, or if that is not possible, refunded back to my PNB Bank card as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and a prompt resolution to this issue.
