My CFMOTO 250NK’s Engine Seized Despite Warranty

I am experiencing recurring fault codes P217A00 and P218700 on my CFMOTO 700 CLX Heritage motorcycle (VIN: LCEPEWL18R6001365, license plate: 41 BDG 373).
The motorcycle produces these errors randomly, without any clear pattern, and this has become extremely frustrating. The issue has occurred five times so far.
Most recently, I took the motorcycle to an authorized service center in İzmit (F*****). I originally purchased the bike in Kütahya.
At the service center, I was told that the root cause of the issue could not be identified. I was even told, “We will wait until something fails so we can understand what it is.” Each time, they simply cleared the error codes and returned the motorcycle to me.
In other words, the issue is only being temporarily suppressed, and no effort is being made to identify or fix the root cause.
This situation raises serious safety concerns for me, as I fear being stranded on the road and I am also experiencing performance inconsistencies.
Although my motorcycle is only 4 months old and still under warranty, the failure to properly diagnose and permanently resolve this issue is causing significant inconvenience.
My expectation from the brand is that my motorcycle be thoroughly inspected while still under warranty, that the root cause of this recurring fault be clearly identified and permanently fixed, or, if necessary, that the motorcycle be replaced.
I am no longer willing to accept temporary fixes such as simply clearing error codes. I request a professional and permanent solution to this problem.
