Maserati Levante Locked Speed to 30 km/h, Left Waiting in Service for 3 Months

November 8, 2023 1:10 PM34

My Maserati Levante has been a massive disappointment. While driving on the highway, the vehicle suddenly locked itself into a 30 km/h speed mode, posing a serious safety risk for a potential accident. It has now been sitting in the service center for 3 months without resolution.

An expert report confirmed the issue is a "latent defect" stemming from a manufacturing flaw. Despite this, Maserati has made no effort to address the problem, only referring to the vehicle manual to justify the defect. For a vehicle with such a high price tag, experiencing these issues is deeply frustrating and regretful. I demand Maserati resolves this issue immediately and provides the service expected of a luxury brand.
