WhatsApp Business Blocked My Account Without Explaining Why

I am using a TECNO POP 7 phone in Nigeria, and my WhatsApp Business account linked to the number 0803 868 16** has been blocked. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating that this account can no longer use WhatsApp Business, and as a result, I am unable to access my chats or continue my business communications.

The application directs me to contact customer support, but despite sending multiple messages to WhatsApp support, I have only received automated and unhelpful replies. I have not received any real assistance or a clear explanation for why my account was blocked.

I have also not been given any guidance about what I may need to correct or how I can recover my account, and this situation is causing serious disruption to my daily communication and business activities.

I kindly request that my WhatsApp Business account for the number 0803 868 16** be urgently reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the reason for the block, and that my access be restored if possible. I would appreciate receiving a direct and clear response from the support team instead of automated replies, so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
