I used the CVwizard website only once and on 2 November I paid 499 KZT, believing this was a one‑time payment. After this first use and payment, I did not use the site or its services at all. Despite that, without my consent, 4 999 KZT was withdrawn from my account on 11 January 2026, and another 4 999 KZT was withdrawn again on 17 March 2026. I was not clearly informed that any subscription would be created, and I did not agree to regular payments. I contacted Cvwizard regarding these unexpected withdrawals, but my request was rejected and the situation was not resolved. My account is registered to the email address abeke_aba***@mail.ru. I request a full refund of the amounts unlawfully withdrawn after the first payment (a total of 9 998 KZT) and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or automatic payments linked to my account so that no further funds are taken from my card or bank account.
