Reactivate My FamPay Account

I am facing a serious issue with my Fampay account, which is registered with the phone number 9735523***. From today, 18th March, whenever I try to make any payment, the app shows the message “account closure in progress” and does not allow me to complete the transaction. Because of this, I cannot access or use the balance in my Fampay wallet, which currently has Rs 4,750. I have tried to contact Fampay customer support through the app, but when I click on the customer support option, it again shows the same “account closure in progress” message and does not let me reach support in any way. I have not intentionally initiated any account closure process, so this message is unexpected and very worrying for me. I request Fampay to urgently look into this issue, stop this unwanted account closure process if it was triggered by mistake, restore full access to my account, and allow me either to use my wallet balance for payments or withdraw/transfer the Rs 4,750 to my bank account without any further delay.
