On May 26, 2022, I visited the Maserati Service Center in Sarıyer, Istanbul. Prior to my visit, I contacted customer service to confirm details and was informed that staff would assist me at 1:00 PM. I made it clear that my situation was urgent and the process on my vehicle would only take 5-10 minutes.
Despite this, over 20 minutes passed without any assistance from the service staff, and my car remained unattended. Frustrated, I decided to leave the service center, and only then did an employee approach my car. For a brand as prestigious as Maserati, this level of negligence and lack of accountability from staff is unacceptable. I urge Maserati to address this issue promptly and ensure better service standards in the future.
