Opel Corsa Manufacturing Defect Left Unresolved for 6 Months
I purchased a brand-new Opel Corsa, and due to a manufacturing defect, I initiated a service request on June 21, 2024. Despite nearly six months passing, the issue remains unresolved, even though reports confirm the defect is manufacturing-related. Opel has failed to provide any effective updates despite my repeated inquiries. The delays and lack of responsibility from Opel are unacceptable, and Stellantis, as a so-called global company, has completely failed to step in or take ownership of the issue.
Their response has been to redirect me to Opel customer service, offering no real solution. They boast about standing behind their vehicles during sales, but they do nothing even for a warranty-covered defect. I demand immediate resolution for this issue and accountability from both Opel and Stellantis.
