Maserati Brake Pads Making Noise, Service Unresponsive for Weeks

For the past month, my Maserati’s brake pads have been making noise. I’ve been trying to reach the Ankara Söğütözü service center for 3-4 weeks but haven’t received any response. Getting someone on the phone requires calling at least 3-4 times, and even then, it’s a struggle. If you’re lucky enough to speak with someone, you must repeat the issue every time because the person you previously spoke to has either left the job, gone on leave, or promised but failed to follow up.

Is this the level of service Maserati offers worldwide? I’m not even asking for the brake pads to be replaced—just a service appointment or basic information would suffice. Yet, a month has passed without resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied and demand urgent action.
