Mango Online Order Delayed Beyond Promised Date with No Resolution

On September 19, 2024, I placed an order (E87O9S) through Mango’s online store, but as of November 7, 2024, I have yet to receive it. While the initial delivery estimate was set at 22 business days, I thought a slight delay wouldn’t be an issue. However, with almost two months passed, I’m left with no update or resolution. To make matters worse, Mango’s app now states, “Exchange and return period has expired” on this order, implying I can’t even return the item if it eventually arrives. My attempts to get clarification from customer service have been unsuccessful. Despite the item being in stock, there has been no movement in shipping. I urgently request Mango to take immediate action to fulfill this order.
