Mango Canceled My Order Without Notice – Refund Processed Without My Request
On November 2, 2024, I placed an order through Mango’s website. The invoice was emailed to me on November 5, 2024, and the order status was updated to "shipped" on November 6, 2024. However, later that evening, I received an email stating that my order had been refunded, even though I never requested a return or cancellation.
No prior notice or explanation was provided for this decision. When I tried to reorder the item, I saw that it now has a 22-business-day fulfillment time. Is it so difficult for Mango to value its customers enough to notify them before taking such actions?
I expect Mango to clarify why this happened and offer a solution, such as ensuring faster availability for the product. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
