My Mango Order from August Still Not Delivered, No Updates or Customer Support

I placed an order for a jacket on Mango’s website on August 18, 2024, and I still haven’t received it. I have no idea if it’s even been shipped, as there has been no communication or updates from Mango about the status of my order. To make matters worse, I can’t get through to customer service at all—it's impossible to reach them. It’s been over a month, and I’m left wondering how much longer I need to wait. This lack of service and communication is unacceptable. Mango, I need immediate clarification on where my order is and when I will receive it. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
