How to Contact Mango for Late Order or Delivery Delay

On October 6, 2025, I placed an order from Mango’s online store (Order No: ES211I). The estimated delivery window was October 8–14, but today is October 14, and my order still hasn’t arrived. Moreover, I haven’t received any updates or notifications about the delay or the current delivery status.

When I contacted Mango customer service, I only received a generic response saying “your order is being prepared; we will update you soon” — with no concrete solution or timeline provided. This was my first online purchase from Mango, and encountering such an issue has been very disappointing.

I request that the delay be resolved immediately and that my order be delivered to my address in İzmir as soon as possible.
