Mango Online Order from September Still Not Delivered Despite 22-Day Delivery Promise

The purchase I made from Mango’s online store on September 19, 2024 (order number E87O9S), has still not been delivered as of November 7, 2024. For the past month, customer representatives have only created records of my complaint without providing any solutions. When I placed the order, the stated delivery time was “22 business days.” I suspect the product was deliberately not sent, as I ordered well in advance, yet it has not shipped and now appears to be out of stock. I am requesting that the product I purchased be sent to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
