Mango Delayed My Order for 22 Days Without Any Updates or Explanation
I ordered from Mango on 25/12/2024, and now, on 17/01/2025—22 days later—it still says "in progress." This delay and poor communication make me feel truly overlooked as a customer. It's frustrating to experience such inadequate order management, particularly when I had faith in the brand to meet deadlines. The total absence of communication from Mango regarding this matter indicates a disregard for their customers. I no longer feel confident about making any future purchases, and I definitely won't be suggesting Mango to anyone else. I’m currently awaiting a satisfactory explanation and resolution regarding this frustrating delay. Mango needs to improve their order management and customer communication strategies to avoid facing similar problems in the future.
