On May 30, 2025, I purchased a pair of pants from the Mango store in Ankamall, Ankara. Shortly after, I noticed that the item was defective, so I returned it to the store to be sent for inspection. However, months have passed, and I still haven’t received any update or response regarding my product.
I’ve called the store multiple times, but no one answers the phone. When I visited the store in person, I was only told that they would “call me with an update,” but no one ever called. I still have the inspection receipt that was given to me when I left the product for review — the number on it is 67000351.
I also reached out to Mango customer service, but they told me to contact the store directly, which hasn’t been helpful at all. I still haven’t received my product or any resolution from either party.
I request that Mango either replace my defective item with a similar product or issue a full refund. I also ask that the process be expedited to resolve my long-standing grievance.
