I Face Mango Pants Stretching And Pilling After Only Two Wears

In April, I purchased a Pleated Wide-Leg Pants (Order No: EJ5L7W) from Mango’s mobile app, ordering it from Istanbul. I only started wearing it in September. I’ve worn the pants twice, and after washing it once, exactly according to the care instructions on the label, the fabric has stretched, pilled, and lost its original color and texture.

Due to this issue, I contacted Mango customer service and sent the item for inspection. However, I haven’t received any response within the expected time frame. It’s unacceptable that a product deforms this quickly, especially when proper care instructions were followed.

I am requesting a full refund for this defective item.
