Mostbet Delays Account Verification and Blocks $1,015 Balance

I have a Mostbet account registered in Morocco, and I have been experiencing an ongoing verification issue since October 12, 2025. My verification has been pending for an extended period, even though I have submitted all the requested documents, including my passport, national ID card, and proof of address. Despite providing all of these documents, my account has still not been fully verified, and I am unable to withdraw my funds. When I contact customer support, I am only told to wait for a decision that will be sent by email, but no clear timeframe or detailed explanation is provided. In the meantime, my balance of approximately $1,015 remains blocked, and I cannot access my money or use my account normally. Through this complaint, I respectfully request that my account verification be completed immediately so that I can continue using all account features, including withdrawals. I expect a clear, prompt resolution to this issue and the removal of any unnecessary restrictions on my account.
