Konami ID Hacked, eFootball 2026 Account Locked Out

I am writing regarding my Konami ID account linked to the mobile game eFootball 2026 on iPhone, which appears to have been hacked today at around 2:35 a.m. My password and email address were changed without my authorization, and I am now completely unable to log in or access my account. I have tried all available recovery options, including password reset and other methods provided, but none of them have worked. I have not yet completed the official Konami support form. This account has been in use since approximately 2021–2022 and contains valuable paid content and characters, so losing access has caused me significant harm. I request that my compromised Konami ID account be fully restored after reviewing the security logs and login history, and that my full access be reinstated. I also ask that my account security be properly secured going forward and that the damage and loss I have suffered be addressed as quickly as possible.
