Mango Dress Defective After Few Wears, No Response From Customer Service

On June 5, 2025, I purchased a black midi dress for 1,800 TL from the Mango store at İzmir İstinye, paying by credit card. Despite only wearing it a few times, the dress quickly began to fall apart with visible stitching coming undone in multiple places, and the problem worsened every time I wore it. In August, I returned the dress to the store for inspection and was told I would be contacted with a solution, but I never received any follow-up. I also reached out to Mango customer service, but all I was told was “we will get back to you,” and no one ever did. The product is still under warranty, yet my issue has been completely ignored. I am requesting a full refund for this defective item and expect my complaint to be resolved promptly. Receipt number: 17021218.
