1win Account Blocked Without Reason - Unable To Access Or Withdraw

I have been using my 1win account with the ID 347731109 (registered to the email address rashwanm***@gmail.com), and around 10 days ago, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account or withdraw my balance of 13,400 EGP. After noticing the block, I contacted 1win customer support and was informed that my account was permanently closed due to an alleged violation of clause 12.8 of the Site Usage Rules, related to fraudulent actions such as multi-account use or abuse of loyalty programs. I firmly state that I did not engage in any fraudulent activity, did not use any prohibited software, and only used my account to place bets in a normal way. Despite this, they informed me that my account cannot be restored and that even a new account would also be blocked. I consider it unacceptable that my account has been closed and my entire balance of 13,400 EGP has been frozen without a clear, concrete explanation of what exactly I am accused of doing. I request that my frozen balance of 13,400 EGP be fully paid out to me and that I be allowed to withdraw my funds. I expect 1win to review this decision again, provide a transparent explanation supported by evidence if they insist on the accusation, or otherwise immediately release my money.
