Mango Canceled My Order Claiming “Out of Stock” But Product Still Listed Online
On October 6, 2025, I placed an order for a pair of pants from Mango’s online store (Order No: erzsw8). When I called customer service about a week ago to check the status of my order, I was told that it would be shipped within 15 business days. However, when I checked my email on October 16, 2025, I discovered that my order had been canceled. The reason given was that the product was no longer available for sale, yet I can still see the same item listed as available on Mango’s website.
I never received the product, and the refund has not been issued to my credit card either. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, as the order was canceled without justification while the product remains on sale online. I’m requesting that my order be reinstated and shipped immediately to my Istanbul address.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with Mango, and I expect the company to provide an urgent and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
