Mango Pants Damaged My Shoes Due to Fabric Dye Bleeding

I purchased a pair of pants from Mango’s ANKAmall store in Ankara on 15 October. Although I wore the pants only twice, the fabric dye transferred onto my brand-new shoes each time, leaving permanent stains. The same issue occurred on both occasions, clearly indicating a serious quality or manufacturing defect in the product.
As a result, not only were the pants faulty, but my shoes, which cost $180, were permanently damaged. The pants themselves cost about $50, and I was never warned about any risk of dye transfer at the time of purchase.
I visited the Mango ANKA Mall store yesterday and explained the situation in detail. I was told the pants would be examined, but that the store had never compensated customers for shoe damage and would not take responsibility. I find it unacceptable that a product defect caused financial loss for me, yet the brand refuses to acknowledge or address it.
From a brand like Mango, I expect far better product quality and customer care. This experience has caused both financial and emotional distress and has significantly damaged my trust in the brand.
I request an urgent resolution of this issue, including a refund for the defective pants as well as reimbursement for the full cost of my damaged shoes.
