Mango Does Not Refund My Fee

I have yet to receive a positive response to my return request from Turkey Mango company, despite being sent the wrong product. It has been almost two months since I filed the request, and the company has only promised to review the camera footage without taking any concrete action. Despite multiple attempts to contact Mango customer service and the store, I have received no response. I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused by the company's delay in refunding me for the incorrect product. As a consumer, I expect companies to uphold their end of the bargain by providing quality products and services. In this case, Mango company has failed to do so, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. I hope that by bringing attention to this issue, the company will take the necessary steps to resolve my return request.
