Mango Do Not Deliver My Products Over A Month!

I made a purchase (Purchase No: DOUV27) on Mango Application in Turkey over a month ago. It has been more than a month, and I still haven't received any information about my purchase or delivery. I've contacted Customer Service in Turkey three times, and every time they've told me they are waiting for information from Spain. However, I have not received any information, and they expect me to keep calling them every week to follow up. As a customer, I should not have to go through this process; it's your responsibility. I feel like I'm being unfairly treated by your company. Waiting for over a month exceeds your legal obligations. I want to make it clear that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will exercise all my legal rights in Turkey. I urge you to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
