Mango Failed to Deliver My Order After 2 Months and Ignored Refund Requests

I ordered something nearly two months ago, and I still haven’t gotten it. Mango's customer service keeps sending the same generic reply, saying they've informed the right teams, but nothing has really changed. I keep asking them to either send my order or give me my money back, but there’s still no answer. I'm starting to think that going to court might be the only option left. This situation seems poorly managed, and it doesn't make the brand look good. I never got my item, and they’re not giving me a refund either. Customer service keeps saying the same thing over and over, but they’re not actually helping with the problem.

Mango online is a disgrace. My last 3 orders can't reach me. Mango customer service can't solve the issue. They keep responding with automatic messages. They keep saying it's been recorded. It's been a month, and the product hasn't left the warehouse, and now I want to cancel it and get my money back, but they say no. Another order of mine has supposedly been sent for a month, but nothing has arrived. Mango online is a disgrace, don't buy anything. I've sworn off it too. I will definitely never shop online from this company again.
